Submissions and Fan Contributions

• You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, share, display, remix, or publish it, including in connection with our fictional artists and media properties.

We may credit you or keep your submission anonymous—at our discretion.

2. Artist Universe Disclaimer

Some of the artists, characters, and storylines presented on Grant Street Records are fictional. They are part of an immersive entertainment experience inspired by the aesthetics and spirit of the 1980s and early 1990s. All such content is created for storytelling and artistic purposes.

3. Online Store & Merch

Our Site may allow you to purchase physical or digital products (such as band merchandise, collectibles, or downloadable content). We may use third-party services like Shopify or Printful for order processing and fulfillment. Your transaction may be subject to their additional terms and privacy policies.

• That we are not responsible for third-party store performance, delivery delays, or merchant errors

Refund policies are specified per product. If no policy is listed, assume the sale is final.

If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
